“Weber was my management company for two years and they were wonderful to work with. They are extremely prompt with their communication and handling of issues. And beyond this, they are just extremely kind and easy to get along with. I'll truly miss having them as my management company.”Sara
“Weber Management is a wonderful real estate management company. I moved to the city 3.5 years ago and they have been my management company for the past 2.5 years. Very quick to respond and always very helpful. We had great supers that were always helpful. They were also great in helping us navigate the Pandemic. Trustworthy and reliable, and as soon as I move back to the city, I will reach back out to them.”Rhianne H.
“Weber has managed my building for the last year or so and they've been the best building management company I've had in New York City! I've lived in NYC for many years and have had 7 different apartments and some of the management companies in this city are unfortunately known to be nightmares. They took over the property I live in from a previous management company and the building has never looked better. Unlike other management companies, the people at Weber are always super helpful when it comes to fixing things in the building and are very responsive and communicative about solving any issues that pop up. They're all just solid, kind, and thoughtful people and it just makes such a difference knowing that your home is being cared for by people like this. Special shout out to Aaron, Mark, and Jeffrey Weber- thank you guys for all that you do!”Michael F.
“Weber is an exemplary realty management company. In the three years that I have rented with them they have always provided unparalleled service and follow up. Aaron in the management office is a true professional; courteous, fair and trustworthy. He promptly addressed any concerns or issues we had with the lease/ apartment. He always followed up to ensure our issue was resolved. The maintenance staff was also excellent. Raul was quick to respond and always available to meet at my convenience to repair/ address any issues with the apartment. Marissa in the office is also a true professional- Weber truly stands above the rest- thank you!!”Joanna H.
“Weber Realty provides excellent and courteous service. I needed some information and documents in order to do a refinance and he prepared it and got back to me within a day. Highly recommended.”Jason K.
“I have lived in a Weber property for the last 2 years in Chelsea and have found them so easy to work with as a property management company. They keep the common areas of our building clean & are extremely responsive to emails/calls - which is so appreciated! I would highly recommend renting a property through them if you are considering. Reliable. Efficient. Accessible. What more could you need?!”Colleen M.
